Step 2
Your details
Who should we talk to about this registration? Everything to do with the day — confirmations, tee times, invoices — goes to this person.
Invoice details
Ballina RSL Club Ltd raises your tax invoice from exactly what you put here, so please check it. A wrong business name or a personal address instead of an accounts inbox is the usual reason an invoice goes astray and a team ends up chased for money it already tried to pay.
Step 3
Your team
Four players to a team, ambrose format. Golf ID and handicap are optional — you don't need either to play. If you don't have all four names yet, put in who you know and tell us the rest later.
Golf carts required ($50 each)
None required — we'll walk or bring our own
1 cart
2 carts
Two carts is the maximum per team. Ballina members often bring their own — leave this as "none required" if that's you.
Players
Handicap limits are 20 for men and 30 for women . Gender is collected only so we can handicap non-golfers fairly.
Staying for the post-round presentation? *
Please choose…
Yes — all four players
Yes — some of the team

Please let us know so we can cater.
Step 4
Your partnership
Tell us how you'd like to be involved and what you're planning on the course. Full tier inclusions are on the sponsors page — if you're not sure yet, choose "let's talk it through".
Partnership level *
Please choose a partnership level.

Vector artwork (EPS, AI or SVG ) or a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background works best for signage.
On-course activation
Tee setup options are limited and are allocated on a first-in basis, so treat anything below as a request rather than a booking. The club or the organiser will be in touch to talk through what is actually possible at your hole before anything is confirmed.
Will you be putting up a structure?

No — please advise what's needed

Required for any staffed activation on the course.
Step 5
Prizes & giving
Both of these are optional and neither is expected. The raffle and the pro-shop prizes are where a lot of the day's money is actually raised, so anything here goes a long way.
Donating a raffle prize?
Goods or vouchers for the raffle table. This is a donation, so it is never added to your invoice — we just need to know what is coming and roughly what it is worth, so the table is balanced and the prize is described properly on the night.
Add a prize
Pro-shop prize pool
A cash contribution the club spends in the pro shop on playing prizes — nearest the pin, longest drive, and the like. This one does go on your invoice , added to the total on the last step.
Step 5
Rules & consent
The formalities — quick, but we do need them before you tee off.
These acknowledgements are made by the person registering on behalf of every player in the team. Please make sure your players know what they're agreeing to.
Liability waiver *
I acknowledge that golf carries inherent risks, that each player takes part at their own risk, and that neither Ballina Golf & Sports Club, the International Men's Day Charity Golf Day committee, nor their officers, staff or volunteers accept liability for personal injury, loss or damage to property arising from participation, except to the extent that liability cannot be excluded by law.
Dress code & course rules *
I have read and will ensure my team follows the club's dress code and course rules — collared shirt, appropriate golf attire, soft spikes, and the directions of club staff, volunteers and event officials at all times.
Players under 18
One or more of my players is under 18. I accept that our group is responsible for supervising them for the whole time they are at the club, and that no alcohol will be bought for or supplied to them by anyone in our group.
Keep me posted

What happens next
There's nothing to pay right now. We'll email you a copy of this registration straight away, then confirm your entry and send a tax invoice for the amount above with bank details for payment. Your place is held in the meantime.
Invoices for the golf day are issued by Ballina RSL Club Ltd , who host the fundraising — that's the name you'll see on your invoice.
